Not really. You can use the samba tools for Linux servers on an NT machine 
(they're all talking the same language, remember?). Set it up as you would a 
Linux server. If it's a proper NT domain, though, you'll need something like 
WinBIND to make it work 'automagically' - the Linux box will need to be a 
full member of the NT domain, so that the NT server is able to give it 
permission to mount the share.
