I got my copy for linux from borft.student.utwente.nl, clocking
at about 500 k/s :-)

First of all, it starts up much faster than before (<10 seconds
on my computer, compared to about 40 seconds before), it imports your
previous settings (say, from 5.2). However, I still think the installer
should be made a bit more user friendly (so far, only the user that
installed the package can actually use it, which is annoying). As
before, memory consumptions is high-ish, but I haven't tested any large
document (I don't really need star office, abiword opens most of the
files I get over here).
What'd be nice is if they had a database layer to mysql/pgsql or
something like that, so you can do your forms and reports and stuff with
it and connect to the above servers.
Hope the mirror's still up,
José
