That's not what we've seen.  Even if you get PCs built for you with 
MS Windows specified they still have to come round and support the 
software.  With the greater frequency of support that MS products 
need - even Win 2000 crashes a lot but not with a blue screen - then 
you end up paying more for MS installations due to increased demands 
for support.  As our friend in Rotherham said that other day ... he's 
installed Linux and he's a bit bored with it because it just keeps on 
working instead of crashing or just vapourising away off the HD 
without warning .
