I gather not ... the post I read in Google reads as follows though (as far as 
apt is concerned):

Hehe, I did that for a long time to.  Then sid got the new packages,
so just edit your /etc/apt/sources.list (temporarily of course), and then
apt-get install mozilla-browser (or i think just mozilla if you want mail and
everything).  That's a little more convenient than doing by hand though.

If you can work out what needs to go in /etc/apt/sources.list you'll have it 
cracked :) Some searching on google might do it (I searched for "Mozilla 
Debian" at groups.google.com).
