The disk is mounted read-only. To change this look in /etc/fstab. In the
"options" field for that mount point there may be "ro" short for read-only.
Chnage this to "rw" and you should be OK. BUT. If you are using a version of
Windows that is based on NTFS (e.g. 2000 or XP) then you are not advised to
do this. NTFS support is rather, er, interesting, when writing to disk. It
can be done, but needs extra special care. The reasons for it being in such a
broken state are rather historical and it is improving.

This is the dial command, the phone number is wrong so this may be the
problem. The filename does not look like it is the chatscript you are using
though, try looking in /etc/chatscripts (if it exists), it's where my
chatscripts are.
