Okay, since I just gave out the exact same advice as Andrew without
realising it, I'll also point at:

	http://www.sendmail.org/~ca/email/auth.html

..and say you'll also need Cyrus SASL libraries. Plenty of examples of
installing an exim SMTP AUTH transport are knocking about too :-)
