When I type strings squake | head I get the following...


[root@localhost quake]# strings squake | head
/lib/ld-linux.so.1
libm.so.5
sqrt
_DYNAMIC
ceil
errno
floor
__environ
_init
atan2


My guess is libm.so.5 is part of the libc5 you're talking about.
