Sounds like a routing problem on the gateway - perhaps, since your tsp
is trying to setup a /48 subnet, it's setup the routing wrong?

tsp should do it all itself. Check that your configuration file has the
right username/password, stuff like that.

The other thing to mention is that I don't think that the TSP servers
are duty-bound to route a subnet to you : I think they are allowed to do
only PtP if that's what local policy defines.
