Should be interesting. If you've ever had a friendly discussion with
either Eben or Bradley you'll know how capable they are at what they
do. As Eben is quoted to say in the page that you mention at the
register... it's likely that this will come out as a violation of the
GPL. Wouldn't be surprised if it happened that way.
We'll get something back from this case soon I suppose. This is
something of a departure from the situation where Eben sits quietly
in a corner saying not much at all. He doesn't normally get
involved with this kind of thing.
