[Sheflug] European Commission launches developer survey

Dear all

As part of the EU thing to further the use of Open Source or Free 
Software throughout the European community an online survey is taking 
place.  It's likely that the end results will in some way influence 
the EU in their understanding of what to do with their own IT 
community at some time in the future.  If you would like to take
