It's a 'BibTeX knows best' problem.  Typically you want your titles to have
consistent case, and different bibstyles use different rules for
capitalisation.  Your particular style wants it all lowercase.

If you want to use BibTeX, it's something you'll have to learn to live with,
unless you write your own bibstyle (and if you do, please let me know).
