[Sheflug] Linux Mirrors [mostly for blueyonder people]

Mostly for the benefit of Blueyonder people hear (how many here have BY
anyway?), BY are setting up a set of mirrors on mirrors.blueyonder.co.uk
(both http and ftp). This mirror will (eventually) include ftp.kernel.org,
cpan.org, various distributions (Slack, Debian, Redhat and otheres), FreeBSD,
OpenBSD, ftp.gnu.org ... and more may be added.

For those on BY, the latest info can be found in the blueyonder.comp.linux
newsgroup. Some of these mirrors will be listed on the relevent sites (eg,
the kernel.org mirror "soon will be listed" as an official mirror at
http://www.kernel.org/mirrors/ ), so this isn't going to be a closed site
just for BY people.

I think it's still being sync'd up with various places, so don't expect
everything to be there at once :)
