You should be able to get patch files between a kernel source and the one
immediatly before it. I'm not sure what these are called off the top of my
head, as I haven't built a kernel in a long time...
As for the Sign files, their the signitures of the files with the same name,
used to authenticate the file so you know it hasn't been tampered with. Not
sure what they use to generate the signitures though...

Not sure if it helps at all, but worth a try... :)
