Which costs next to nothing since it's a piece of scrap anyway.  
Anyone trying to tell you that a domestic dialup connection is "safe" 
can be treated with doubt.  Fine back in 1992 but in 2002 it's 
unlikely that you will be on the receiving end of charity...
