Give it a different subnet eg. 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0 and get an RJ45 crossover cable (allows connecting two 10baseT machines together without a hub). Give your parents computer 192.168.1.2 (or whatever) and set their gateway to 192.168.1.1 and you should be sorted. --Andrew -- sparc sun4c stuff: http://www.lostgeneration.freeserve.co.uk/sparc PGP key for list [at] lostgeneration.freeserve.co.uk: http://www.lostgeneration.freeserve.co.uk/list.freeserve.co.uk.asc
