One of the advantages I have in working for an American company is I reckon
the dress code is more relaxed than the traditional UK outfits. My regular
dress is jeans and an open-necked shirt, and usually trainers. Most of my
staff are similarly attired... not to mention a proper dress-down Friday.

I don't think I could comfortably go back to a suit and tie company now.
