[Sheflug] Supermount Musings (was USB Compact Flash Readers)

Yes, this supermount option is great - it's just the same as the floppy
disk entry, but with device /dev/sda1 instead of /dev/fd0

I'm not sure whether or not I love Supermount. At Access Space we've had
persistent trouble with users being denied access to floppy drives, even
when we have supermount enabled. I can't work out whether this is
something to do with users logging off with a floppy still in the drive,
and only then removing it... (users do some strange things) or whether
there's some more prosaic explanation, like users logged on to terminals
hogging the device when users try to access it via X.
The only reliable cure seems to be to take the machine down and bring it
back up again.
