[Sheflug] Web hosting advice please

Hi All

I need a good (i.e. know a*** from elbow, with quick response) UK Linux
webhost.  Dedicated, with ftp/ssh access, full MySQL access, PHP and all
that jazz.

Anyone recommend a good one for me?  Cost as low as possible obviously.
Although, bandwidth requirements could run into double figures.

I've done a bit of research but it would be silly of me to jump in
without asking the list first.  You can do a lot worse than take a
personal recommendation!
