You almost mentioned one :) UKLinux host sheflug.org.uk, and this list. They aren't the cheapest, but they know their stuff and will help as fast as they can.

Also, try www.uksecureweb.net. Another one is i-host, although I can't remember the URL and guessing various obvious ones hasn't turned anything up. Anyone remember it?
