[Sheflug] Windows graphics formats

Hi all,
Having being severely frustrated translating all my work to Office
2000 from Latex, I have encountered a problem (well, several carloads,
but this is the most vexing one): I produce tons of graphs using
gnuplot. These are usually ps/eps files, which are a joy to use in
LaTeX. However, it is impossible to use this format in Word. So far, I
have exported them as PNG, and that works. On the other hand, it is
not possible to edit these files (which can be easily translated into
files I can edit with xfig) in Word/PPoint. Usually, little things,
such as changing the labels in a graph, and that kind of thing, might
be required. At present, this is not possible. Other things which
aren't possible are rotations of the files (don't ask why!!!!), and
that sort of things.

My question hence is: can I convert these files into a
decent WMF files? I have tried PhotoPaint, but I run into a
situation when I try to save as either WMF or enhanced WMF: the text
in the graphs gets all garbled up.

Anyone have any views on this ?
    José
