BNC and RJ45 are essentially the same thing, except one's half duplex versus full duplex and they have different connectors. A card that has both BNC and RJ45 offers them as exclusive options - you can't use both at the same time ;) (At least, I've not yet met the card that allows that!). Cheers, Alex.
