Hi Ian

Alternatively you could just insert /dev/hdb and /dev/hdd in place of the 
/dev/cdrom. It is not essential that you have a cdrom symlink in the dev 
directory. As long as the dev(ice) and mount point exist, fstab does not 
really care what is listed.
