Those of you who are a bit confused about legal issues concerning 
information technology and networks might be interested in some info 
that came to me from Eversheds.  This is the firm of solicitors who 
provide some of the best advice for computer related law in the UK.  
They produce what is called their E80 newsletter.  To read this you 
have to subscribe to it.  When you do that you can have a free trial 
period before you make up your mind that you do or don't like the
