Mozilla is large enough you would hope it could do some other things as well.

You can't. But that's my point. If you wish to replace it, replace it with
something good, not something that was "designed" for something else.

But don't do what you might want in relation to email.

On my system the Mozilla browser clocks in at a little over 25Mb, the mail
client at less than 4Mb. It's like putting a rocket engine on a Robin Reliant.

I have rarely seen HTML email that even comes close to being valid HTML. The
sad truth of the matter.
