I've seen Craig's and James updates running in front of me.  We 
couldn't find a problem.  That's Mandrake 8.2.  Earlier versions were 
awful.

It took myself and Boris Duerner four weeks to install Debian 3.0 into 
my laptop with KDE 3.0.3.  Boris writes desktop software for Debian.  
So, I can't understand why you say this :)

Maybe Craig and James have something to say ?
