The problems with 8.2 update at the moment stem largely from the fact that 
most mirrors only have capacity for one version at a time, so currently have 
Mandrake 9.0 on there. You can, however, change your FTP sources to point at 
the new directories and click the 'Reload Lists' button in the updater. Then, 
anything you install will automatically upgrade the relevant bits to Mandrake 
9.0. I do this on my works machine, and it is great :)

The other way is to wait until Saturday and I'll bring a few sets of Mandrake 
9 disks?
