I've got..

Deitel & Deitel How to Program C++ - Prentice Hall
Wrox Beginning C++

I think the Wrox one is better and it's also backed up by several 
other Wrox books in the professional programmers series....

I think some of the O'Reilly ones are about C++ but can't think of one 
just now.
