The IMAP package is part of Mandrake distro. It contains the following:

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    mail           719160 May 27 17:08 /usr/sbin/imapd
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    mail           737144 May 27 17:08 /usr/sbin/imapsd
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    mail           674168 May 27 17:08 /usr/sbin/ipop2d
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    mail           679800 May 27 17:08 /usr/sbin/ipop3d
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root    mail           698072 May 27 17:08 /usr/sbin/ipop3sd

these are severial "secure" and open servers.

Mandrake, by default, runs xinetd you will need to enable whichever server 
progs you wish to use by editing the apropriate files in /etc/xinetd.d/
