Postfix.  I have known for a while that it's the choice many make over
Sendmail, and I've read why a few times but can't recall off the top of
my head.  Stuff about running as root and being harder to configure
spring to mind.

I just did a search on google.  Came across this.  Perhaps you could
take a look yourself too if you're really interested.

PS I've had no problems running either sendmail or postfix so I have no
personal experience to fall back on.
