The crossover office product (a pay for product based on Wine) supports
Quicken. I've used Crossover with Office 2000 and it works
beautifully... the install takes about half the time it takes a windows
box for some curious reason ;-). They seem upfront enough about the
bugs...

If you want a poor mans version the code they use may have been
contributed back to the Wine project by now - or with a bit of tweaking
it might just run straight away with Wine.
