As Adam pointed out, it's against your product licence agreement to run programs which "project the XP desktop" elsewhere (It's not specifically a number of users thing, it's a look and feel thing). And, given you're allowing MS to check the software on your system with SP1, they might decide to nuke VNC / your data / your XP for licencing violation. Funnily enough, projecting your desktop with the Microsoft solution is perfectly okay with the licence... Cheers, Alex.
