Ah I see.  Didn't realise that the EULA was that restrictive (although
I'm not exactly surprised).

There's a lot more missing for me than that!... but, when I used to use
NT at work we all had some third party thing that gave you a window
manager.  So it can be done.  Not sure if it was 'pay for' or not.  Just
a btw.
