I've just installed a dvd player on my pc.  But now I can't read cd's or 
dvd's.  If I try and mount the cd's I get invalid block device.  I've altered 
the fstab to read udf in the mount /mnt/cdrom.  But it just comes back with 
the same error.  I know linux sees the dvd as it recognizes it in startup.
Any help appreciated.
