I don't know anything about these - they're not Free Software :/ - but others on the list do. Perhaps you did something special before to load a driver? 'modprobe nv' or something? As for the rest of the stuff, sounds like you've had massive filesystem damage, which is usually a sign of dodgy hardware - sounds like half the configuration on the machine has gone walkabout, which is why you're having 'issues'.
