Can't remember off the top of my head but you can start by doing 
'isdnctrl --help' or 'isdnctrl --list' .  If, as I suspect RH have 
removed the help files then your task will be so much harder to 
figure out.  See also 'man i4l' and 'man isdnctrl'   Also..
