As another emigrant from down south - I welcome you to the land of the cloth 
cap and the whippet (dog not local sexual perversity).

By the way if the ISP you worked for was Clara, Im the guy who use to scream 
at you down the phone when everything going wrong was totally my fault and 
all I had to do to cure the problem was reinstall windows:)
