Alec -- seems either KMail's reading your clock wrong (unlikely) or your
machine is in the wrong timezone -- the date your mail is being sent is
being reported by my client as 10:09am. Looking at the headers, it seems
your machine is still set to GMT[1], so all my clients are adding an hour to
compensate for timezone. Might be worth looking into ;)

[1] The Date: header has +0000 at the end of it
