I've had problems with Mozilla refusing to start after a crash in the
past and I've found that renaming ~/.mozilla to ~/.mozilla-old (to make
sure you keep your bookmarks and prefs files in case you want them
again), and then restarting it does the trick - must be some old corrupt
config files kicking about I guess.
Sorry not to be much more helpful or graceful than the old, "give her a
reboot", but it might just work! :)
