I agree this would be great, especially if we could get shared calendar/projects/tasks/address/contact details and email access on there as well. However justifying the costs in time (to set it up) and training (so everyone knows how to use it) and persistent pestering so everybody actually uses it and any cost to purchase the software (as an aside is there a free version of a system that does all this? I looked but they all wanted money) I don't think it would be worth it especially as a) I have no budget left for this year and b) the office closes in March 2005.
