I've just deleted a file by accident. Does anyone know of anyway I can
recover it? It's an openoffice impress file.

I've read something on the internet about using grep -a but don't know
how this can help.

I've typed grep -a mathematics /dev/hda5 and get some output but don't
know how to proceed from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
