I am using Kmail 1.5.3 / KDE 3.1.3 / Suse 8.2

When I right click on a mail amongst other options I have the option to delete
or trash the mail. If I select trash it goes strait to trash, if I chose to
delete a dialogue pops up asking me to confirm that I want to delete the
mail.

As I see it the chaps a KDE quite rightly think that as you can retrive the
mail from trash there is no need to confirm, whilst if you are going to
delete there is no going back...

Also one of the icons at the top is a trash button, this sends the mail strait
to trash as well.

I have been using Kmail for a year now, and I can't remember it sending mail
to trash when you delete it. I can only remember the options as outlined
above.

Cheers
