We've had problems with returns on faulty equipment. They debuted a
company credit card for the restocking fee of 7UKP on a 15quid CPU fan
that we returned as faulty after the fan seized and they disputed the
fault. We were then unable to get an invoice out of them for the
restocking fee to satisfy our auditors. They're absolutely damned near
impossible to talk to. Having said that, I bought a Hauppauge digital
terrestrial box earlier this year (dirt cheap) and had no problems.
Since then, I've been solidly Dabs.
