A guy ordered a TFT it had dead pixels, he rung up and complained about it... The he tried under the distance selling regs, and was told tough luck, you already said it was dead pixels. To go down the distance selling the product needs to be in the same condition you received it. Dabs/Insight (whoever it was) argued that since it was opened they wouldn't accept it- not in original condition. It all worked out happily ever after in the working lunch kind of way... be careful with the distance selling regulations -- Regards, Adam Allen. adam [at] dynamicinteraction.co.uk pgp http://search.keyserver.net:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=adam%40dynamicinteraction.co.uk
