See, you lured me away from my work :-) and I tried it (on a win2k
box lying around here; I'm not trying anything new on my work box!).
My standard test documents
(<http://www.geog.ucl.ac.uk/~plewis/vegsci2002/part2/notes/rtTheoryPt2v5.doc>
and
<http://www.geog.ucl.ac.uk/~plewis/vegsci2002/part1/lecture1/lecture1.PPT>)
have been imported without a single glitch: not on the position of
images, all the equations were OK, and the PDF was also reasonable.
Before, the doc file crashed OOo1.1RC2, and using OOo1.0, the
equations were... well, not there :D.
I am mightly impressed.
