Can be a bit of a hot subject :)  Not a problem that I know of with
most PCMCIA on Mandrake, SuSE or Debian.  Should work on RedHat but
has been known to be eccentric before version 8.xx or 9.xx came along.
Watch out for the 2.6 kernel :)  Could be nasty.

Anyone else want to add to this with a view to a better argument/
understanding ?
