Hmmm....    I usually point people at Mandrake if they are having
problems with software.  Most people change distribution at one time
or another :)

Worst one I saw was about two or three years ago when Manchester
Computing Centre - otherwise known as Manlug - had to send a small
pile of Tiny computers back to Tiny.  None of them worked with Linux
and there was even some suggestion that they weren't too good with
winduhs.
