I've used Total before and were a bit 'flakey' but that was when they
were setting up.  That was a few years ago now so I should think they'd
be one of the top providers by now.  I went with them originally through
a recommendation from a webpage on the Microsoft website.

I use ValidWeb who arn't too bad.  Been with them about 3 years now;
