You are right, but the concern is why is it working OK on one system and not
on another? As I say I am not having any of the problems you are having yet I
am using the Gimp, and I am using Kmail without any problems.
Have you burned any CD's with it yet? I was wondering how well the 'integral'
CDbakeoven works. Suse seems to have spent some time integrating it into KDE.
Even to the point of putting its setup into KDE's control centre. I bet it
still fails to set-up the DVD and CDRW to read and write on install as usual!
Anyway it will be interesting to see what happens when the software goes on
general release.
