Not terribly difficult. If you go to Quantian's home page (see my
previous e-mail) Dirk has put a little script on how to do it. It
basically means using dpkg and apt-get a few times, create an ISO and
off you go.
On the other hand, the MetaDistros project
<http://www.metadistros.hispalinux.org/>. Unfortunately, their main
page is Spanish, but there is some documentation in English. Most
people will be happy to communicate in English anyway.
Knoppix has information on remastering, so that you can install
the new OOo and all that. To be honest, it might be well worth going
through the different versions available in
<http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/KnoppixCustomizations> and save
yourself some work and CD-RW :-)
