Hopefully there'll be someone who can help me on this one.

I'm trying to get scalable Kana (Hiragana and Katakana) fonts in
Mozilla.

For some reason the aforementioned fonts that are displayed in Mozilla
(1.4 and 1.5 RPMs) are fixed size, yet a freshly untarred Mozilla
Firebird displays scalable fonts.

I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong.

Ideas anyone?
